Any Intentions To Make Money Blogging

Do you have any intentions to make money blogging?

If you do have, well then, don’t be shy about it.

More and more bloggers are finding that blogging is a profitable medium and that they are making enough money to stop them having to get a part time job to get through college.

In short, it has reached a point that there are a lot of people out there who are able to make a full time living from their blogging and there are even more who make money blogging.

However, not everyone who tries to make money blogging becomes rich. In fact those who do well from blogging are in the minority. It is possible to make money blogging – but it takes time and a lot of hard work and unfortunately it doesn’t happen to everyone.

The thing is that any fool can make money blogging.

Be Consistent And Never Give Up On Blogging

If there's one piece of advice I wish I could share with every blogger, it's this...

People generally give up say after 12 tio 18 months into their daily blogging. In addition, they put in 3 to 5 hours, if not more, each day writing content, taking photos, visiting sites, coming up with topics, trying to guest blog and never doing any SEO.

Copy Paste In Blogging

If you have spent any time on the internet, you have heard the word "blog". But just what is this concept of blogging and how it can make you rich?

Have you ever wondered how blogs actually got started? You will need to understand how to research your blog how to do everything from figuring out where you fit in to finding the best keywords through both paid and free tools.

I took up blogging sometime back, and it didn’t go well. So I quit and became a freelance writer and media consultant. It gave me enough to make my ends meet, but my first love was always blogging...

So here I am back at it again...

Looking back, I must confess that I started out quite well, with such good intentions - posting every day, spending time thinking of unique and fresh topics to blog about that would be interesting to my readers. But I soon got weighed down with the amount of work it took, and the time I spent making posts.

I made the carnal mistake of starting close to 20 odd blogs instead of one or two good ones with a niche or with multiple categories.

Obviously, the inevitable happened - my blogging slowed, and my blog faded. Visitors dropped to 10 or 20 a day. Something had to be done!

A month ago, I decided I wanted to kickstart my blogging career again. Only this time, I wouldn’t think of it as a career. I now blog about subjects that I’m deeply interested in, and it feels much more like a hobby.

In short, I am beginning to like it... I redesigned nearly half my blogs and connected them to my social media accounts. I have not started monetizing them and am waiting to touch at least 1,000 visits a day to atleast 3 blogs.

Of course, making money is what it’s all about so you will learn how to use your blog and to make money you need to advertise, finding the best place to put your ads and the best ways to target and bring the traffic straight to your blog.

So, if you are ready to learn how to set up your blog and make some money, then just continue researching and reading so as to learn the easy way to accomplish this.

A key to blogging successfully is the passion of the author. Copying and pasting articles from directories will bring search engine traffic, but it will not build a readership. As in list marketing, the money comes because of your relationship with your readers and the same is true for blogs. If you’re scraping or automating the process and basically just copying content - you may as well set up an article site, because you won’t have a blog.

But I am not here to preach about the ethics of blogging and how to go about producing a decent blog that people will return to and that you can use for selling. The main issue here is to make the process of blogging easier for you, and how to make money online quicker.

Although I do partially support the automating of this process, ie., scraping, copy ‘n’ pasting. it must be mentioned that the main idea of copy and pasting is that it saves time. And make sure that the articles are in line with your intentions and that it is not copyright struff.

If you intend to copy, PLEASE GIVE CREDIT/ COURTESY  to the author and link source.

However it must be mentioned that if you’re going to simply replicating content, your readers will eventually find the original source and it is certain that your readers will become their regulars..

Basically, blogging is about the voice of the author, and how that draws readers into their world...

So first, sort out the hardest problem and that is finding topics and blogging about them... Of course make time fo it as well.

If you want to monetize the blog - go ahead. But make sure you have rock solid, real, unique, hand generated content to keep people coming back...

Banned By Adsense

There are a lot of people who have been "banned by adsense" and don't know what to do as their entire income revolves around adsense. Google Adsense dominates the Internet Marketing Advertising industry by by displaying contextual ads to targeted audience on websites large and small.

Try not to make AdSense your only choice. 

It can really pull the rug of from your chair. So its always better have some backups.

You Google Adsense account could have been banned because you didn’t catch a rule from the TOS, or maybe it was a mistake, however, you can’t always rely only on 1 solution. If you've been an AdSense publisher for a while, you must have surely encountered people who complain about being kicked out of the AdSense program for no good reason. It is understandable that Google are very strict when it comes to fraud. People who click on their own online ads aren't stealing from Google, they're stealing from the advertiser who has placed the AdWords Ads with Google. Most advertisers target sites which are new and which have great growth potential to place their ads. Generally, most of the newbies are not aware of this and the advertisers make a killing through Adwords. But once they realise they plans are not going according to schedule, they report (or fix) the site and generally it gets banned. This is one grey area, that Google is not able to fathom, as they value their advertisers over their poor adsense cousins.

Now what ? Forget about it. It is highly unlikely that Google will unlock your Adsense account again, unless you have a fantastic reason (this is a rarity). Don't waste your time. So it's your job as an AdSense publisher to report any suspicious matter to them. In other words, it means, 

If you notice suspicious clicks, report it.

If you accidentally click your own ads (it happens), report it.

If your site is suddenly featured on Slashdot, Digg, or some other high-traffic site, report it.

If you know something (press release, review, etc.) is going to send a lot of traffic your way, report it.

If you're in doubt about anything, report it.

Also, Google takes the guilty-until-proven-innocent approach in its dealings with publishers unless you show a pattern of co-operative behavior. Not waiting until Google notices something - hmm...those adsense earnings are way above normal, I think I'll just let it slide.... greatly increases your chances of getting your account suspended.

It makes me wonder what the person did to get banned. It must have been probably one of the following items. Here are the top five ways (in no particular order) to get "banned from AdSense".

1. Clicking Your Own Ads (Click Fraud)

Many people never fully read the AdSense terms and conditions, often referred to as the TOS (terms of service). Though the TOS is vague about some things (like defining what a content page is), it is very explicit about various things you can't do.

3. Not Following the AdSense Program Policies

The AdSense program policies are technically part of the AdSense terms and conditions, even though they're listed on a separate page. This is where you'll find the information about how many link or ad units you can use on a page, what kind of sites are acceptable, etc.

4. Opening Multiple AdSense Accounts

This has become much harder to do since Google has added algorithms to detect multiple accounts belonging to the same person or entity. Each person or entity can only have one account. If you have a legitimate need for two or more accounts, you must create a separate legal entity (like a corporation) for each additional account, and that entity must separately apply and be approved for a new account.

5. Ignoring Warnings and Questions From Google

Although certain events cause Google to automatically terminate your account, many terminations are preceded by a warning note from the AdSense team. This is your chance to defend yourself and to change your site/behavior in response. If you're not responsive, they'll just go ahead and ban you. (If you're going away for an extended period of time, you should check your mail every day or two and keep an eye on your AdSense earnings as well. Be sure to report any suspicious activity as soon as you see it.)

Most of them operate on a cost per click basis. Some people prefer Chitika over Adsense. However, I am not sure whether serves to clients within a specific geographic area. This was sometime back and I am sure that they have changed that. So do run a check before signing up.

I still come across a certain set of people who have strong personal feelings in regards to "make money from blogging".

If you think marketing your blog is bad, immoral, uncool, greedy, horribly or everything after those principles, then do quit thinking of "how to make money frm blogging".

Then, if you also have mixed feelings over the monetizing of your blog, then its better you sort out those feelings first. If you think monetizing of your blog is wonderful, that is fine. If you think, it is evil, it is also fine.

But you have to form your understanding, before you consider seriously beginning to start down this way.

Im other words, you have to be congruent or have a definite aim..

Generating income from your blog is challenging enough — you don’t want to be dealing with self-sabotage at the same time. It should feel genuinely good to "earn income from blogging" — you should be driven by a healthy ambition to succeed.

If your blog has and is a genuine value source, then in all aspects, you need to make money off it. If you do decide to "earn income from blogging", then don’t be shy about it.

If you’re going to put up ads, then really put up ads. Don’t just stick a puny little ad square in a remote corner somewhere. If you’re going to request donations, then really request donations.

Don’t put up a barely visible "Donate" link and pray for the best. If you’re going to sell products, then really sell them.

Try and market the best quality products and try providing your visitors with genuine reasons about the product so they are inclined to buy same. If you’re going to do this, then fully commit to it. Don’t take a half-arsed approach.

Either take a full arsed or no arsed viewpoint, but definitely not a half-arsed view !

Now it is practically up to people on what they choose...
